It has first analyzed the finance ecological environment condition of Anhui Province in the different historical period, thought all economical finance behavior is in obvious administrative intervention color in the tradition planned economy time in our country, Anhui Province and even the national financial ecology all displays one kind of "the political ecology"; In the plan commodity economy time, the finance ecological environment in partial provinces including Anhui all have the worsened tendency, because our country implements the region unbalanced development strategy, the inertia of the tradition planned economy system as well as imperfect of each necessary measure; In the market economy system, through continual readjustment of economic development strategy and unceasingly thorough of reform, the finance ecological environment of Anhui Province is improving gradually.
