With the continuous development of science and technology,as well as the growing integration of the global economy, the increasingly fierce competition between enterprises have been increasing, the focus of enterprise competition gradually changed from science and technology into the competition for talents. In the enterprise human resources management, the enterprise’s talented person carries on the unceasing optimization and the disposition, it is the enterprise development important as well as the core question. As an important aspect of the service industry, catering industry, along with China’s economic development steadily and rapidly has experienced expansion and chain development, brand promotion in four stages. As a service industry, the catering industry in Xinglong depends on the level of service quality, and service quality depends on the level of service personnel. Food and beverage industry rapid development process, compensation problems have gradually emerged, such as: less attractive to industry wages that food and beverage industry belongs to the low wage, low skill jobs should have corresponding; welfare system is not perfect; the lack of appeal of the catering industry, "the hotel is eat youth rice" concept lead to catering service personnel career cycle short, for training and promotion work experience of attention is not enough and so on, these problems are caused by the "labor shortage" food and beverage industry, problems to be solved and improved.Writer analyzes from the employee’s perspective, the enterprise’s salary is the focus of attention to the employee. Therefore, the DBR enterprises as its research object of the enterprise staff salaries and satisfaction with the status quo and the existing problems. This paper is divided into six parts. In the first part, the author mainly introduces the research background, as well as the research methods and so on. In the second part, the author mainly introduces the concept of the salary, the concept of the salary satisfaction, and the related theory of the employee’s satisfaction. In the third part, the author mainly studies the salary status of DBR enterprise. In the fourth part, the author investigated the salary satisfaction of DBR enterprises through the questionnaire survey and studied the questionnaire. In the fifth part, the author analyzes the problems of employee compensation satisfaction management in DBR enterprise. In the last part, the author mainly studies the countermeasures for the improvement in the employee satisfaction management in DBR enterprise.From the point of view of the purpose of this study, based on of DBR employee salary satisfaction and its influencing factors are analyzed and discussed and through the questionnaire survey and regression analysis to study DBR employee salary satisfaction with the status quo, so that improve DBR enterprise employee’s salary satisfaction, measures and strategies, in order to provide some reference for the development of DBR enterprises and reference. Through the research of this paper, it is found that the salary satisfaction of DBR enterprises is not high, the main reason is that the salary structure, salary level and salary evaluation system, etc.
