Especially after the2008financial crisis, the world, especially the major powers have the development of newenergy, new material, green economy as a new round of industrial development focus.Therefore, Through the development of strategic and emerging industries to fosternew economic growth point, to seize the international economy, science andtechnology high ground has become the world’s development trend. Strategicdevelopment of new industries can not do without the financial support, study ofChinese strategic emerging industries and the financial support has importanttheoretical and practical significance.On the basis of financing research on high-tech industries for a comprehensiveanalysis of domestic and foreign scholars in this paper, around the financial supportfor the strategic development of new industries on the main line, combined withChinese actual, use the game theory, information economics, commssioned by theagency theory and other revelant principles,analyze the background and significanceof the research profoundly, start from a basis for strategic emerging industries of themeaning of strategic emerging industries, financing characteristics, as well asfinancial support for the way, through studying the machanism of financial support forthe emerging strategic industries, focus on analysis of government, venture capital andprivate equity, GEM and bank credit for the emerging industries of strategic financialsupport path, build Chinese strategic emerging financial support countermeasuresystem from these four aspects. Using the basic idea ofgame theory, game analysis bythe interests of parties of the system of financial support on strategic and emergingindustries in the internal financing, venture capital, bank credit and supportcountermeasures, reveals the three financing countermeasures to support thebanlanced result of the strategic emerging industries and decision-making space; onthe basis of comparative studies on the mechanism of government, venture capital,GEM, and bank credit to support the development of strategic emerging industries, pointed out that Chinese financial system to support the development of strategicemerging industries the main problems, a complete set of strategic and emergingindustry financial support system for some ideas.
