Studies On The Selection Of Scientific And Technology Sevices Industry And The Envaluation Of Business Modelbasic On The Fuzzy Evaluation

Under the new normal background, innovation has become the first to lead the economic development, it is a new source of the nation’s economic growth. The degree of national attention for technological innovation improves constantly, scientific and technology services play an important role in accelerating scientific and technological achievements and aggregating technological innovation and entrepreneurship, as an important part of the national innovation system. ―Volkswagen entrepreneurship, highly innovative‖ policy inspires passion for innovation of the whole society, but scientific and technology services, as an important part of technology innovation service system, can integrate technology resources, accelerate technology transfer and provide protection for entrepreneurship and innovation for the whole society. In this context, the study on scientific and technology services has an important academic value and practical significance.The paper reviews the related concepts of scientific and technology services and the theoretical basis of technology service industry. From the macro level, we study the selection of technology services priority areas and draw the area technology services technology roadmap. From the micro level, we study the business model of technology business incubator, establish the four element evaluation system of the business model and evaluate the technology business incubators. From the practical level, this paper takes shibei district for example, draws technology services technology roadmap for shibei and the priority development areas of technology services include IP services, engineering and technology research and experimental development, environmental monitoring, etc. Simultaneously it evaluates the business model of national incubators in shibei district and evaluation results display the better business model is angel investors incubators. It provides the basics for shibei district selecting priority development areas of technology services and development path and a reference of the scientific and technology incubator business model change. Finally, we combine theory and empirical analysis and make policy recommendations for the further development of technology services for shibei district.
