| With the rapid growth of the domestic and international demand for energy, optimizing energy management has become one of the effective ways to improve the corporate image and to promote company benefit and competitiveness of X Petrochemical company. This paper takes the X Petrochemical company energy-saving management as the research object, focusing on the open questions of energy-saving technology and management. It was found that there some problems in technique such as insufficient load, qualitative change of the crude oil, low thermal efficiency in the furnace, inadequate heat integration and defect in facilities of energy recovery. The Management is also existing some deficiencies like lack of attention to energy-saving, shortage in publicity, unfaithful awareness, indifference in management but technology, Non-uniform energy management target, inconformity in energy requirements for each department, lack of infrastructure for energy-saving,inaccuracies in energy measurement, insufficient in management personnel, coarse system and surface control in management, absence of platform and software for management, incapability in integration of advanced technology of modern refinery and so on. In order to improve the management level of our large petrochemical enterprises, under the direction of energy-saving principle and motivation theory, through the questionnaire survey to the representative staff of X Petrochemical company, the status of energy management was analysed deep to summarize the problems existing in the management of energy saving. Aim at the existing problems in energy-saving management of the X petrochemical company, the energy management strategy for X petrochemical company was established. Referring to the advanced experiences of foreign and domestic large-scale petrochemical company, specific measures to promote X petrochemical company energy-saving management were put forward as follows:(1) Optimizing the management of crude oil to guarantee the stability of properties for crude oil;(2) Solving the problem of energy conservation facilities;(3) Improving the measuring facilities and management;(4) Producing under the scientific organization to carry out standard benchmarking;(5) Perfecting the system of examination and evaluation to promote the quality of staff assessment. In addition, the Economic forecasting calculation for the counterplan was conducted. It was found that it could save standard oil 1.44 kg in processing of one ton crude oil and save processing costs 58960000 yuan per year. |
