Since mid-1990 s, e-commerce has been developing fast along with the popularization of network.The online retailing plays an important role in e-commerce. For online retailers, though the information flow and capital flow are electronized,final exchanges have to be dependent on logistics. Goods deliver to consumers need to via the process of transportation, storage, loading, unloading and distribution. Therefore, the development of e-commerce needs the collaboration of logistics.There are substantial differences between e-commerce and logistics industry, which,in a certain extant, restricts the development of both sides. In 2012, online retails and courier servicers are anxious to do “what they are not good at”. The online retailers transforms from Internet enterprise with the capital injected, and now they tried to be courier servicers in the same way. While the courier servicers tried to extend the business scope to online retailing. only through collaborative efforts can online retailers and courier servicers promote the effective development of both sides.The essay studies the development progress and characteristics of online retailing and express industry via qualitative analyses and on-site interview. Facing the problem of co-development of online retailers and courier servicers, the essay proposes the measures of co-development from several aspects. Under the theory of supply chain management, the essay tries to put forward the integration of online retailers and courier industry chain. Combined with the case study, the integrated industry chain is analyzed in details.
