With increasing awareness of environmental protection in China, people going to demand for green energy. Green energy-demand growth provides good opportunities for the development of the hydropower industry. Hydroelectric projects not only provide clean energy, they can also create better social benefits such as flood control, navigation, irrigation, and hydropower development in China has a very wide range of prospects. Hydro construction projects with large investment and long construction period, uncertainty characteristics of hydroelectric construction project feasibility analysis is an integral link of hydropower construction, hydropower project feasibility study and economic feasibility study is at its core.Based on the HY-power navigation hub project as a research object, this paper using economic feasibility study methods, such as internal rate of return, net present value analysis method for the analysis of the economic feasibility of the project and financial sensitivity analysis methods are used to assess the economic risks of the project, and put forward specific proposals according to the conclusions of the assessment. The significance of this study is for economic feasibility studies of hydropower construction to provide a theoretical framework and case study for the future evaluation of the economic feasibility of hydropower projects provide a reference.This paper is organized as follows: The first chapter is the introduction part, a brief description of the research background purpose and significance of the status quo; investment decision; project construction at home and abroad; describes the basic framework of the research method and the research in this paper. The second chapter is an overview about SD HY avionics hub project. The third chapter is the analysis of the market prospects of the project; the fourth chapter is the analysis of the economic impact of the project, but also the focus of this article, mainly carries on the analysis from two aspects of the financial evaluation and national economy evaluation. The fifth chapter is the analysis of risk and control. The last chapter is the conclusion of this paper.
