Cost Control Research And Improvement For Export Logistics Of J Company

J enterprise produces textile for export. Products are exported in the high cost of logistics, and directly affect the market competitiveness, in order to reduce the cost of logistics, logistics center has organized a number of seminars, but have little effect. In view of this, this paper choose J enterprise’s products export on the logistics cost control of diagnostic study, carry out of finding problems, improvement strategy study, provide valuable solutions for the management of export logistics cost of J enterprise.In this paper, in order to improve the logistics cost of export to improve the market competitiveness of the J enterprise is the research object. Base on the characteristics of the export logistics and the control index of export logistics cost, we try to find the key problems on export logistics cost control existed in the practice, through the analysis of the problems and cause analysis, and it is finally confirmed the improvement measures and implementation plan.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, including the export of logistics cost control theory, the research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad and export enterprises logistics cost control is the main method; the second part is the background and present situation of J enterprise logistics cost control of exports, the analysis of the J enterprise, logistics cost management present situation, problems and reasons analysis of export; the third part is the analysis of problems and causes of analysis based on the corresponding improvement measures and implementation plan; the fourth part is the evaluation of the implementation effect and the improvement measures. Through this research, hoping to provide a reference for the export of the enterprise logistics cost control, and ultimately achieve enterprise target on cost and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
