This thesis is to study how A company adjust its marketing strategy to face the opportunities and challenges in current changing market environment.First of all, this thesis introduces background of current auto industry and auto catalyst industry, the market developing trend, the emission legislation, catalyst industry and current market status from few aspect like industry data, China economy developing status, consumer income, government policy…Secondly, the author analyzes the auto catalyst industry outside environment, competition status, future opportunities and challenges via the tools of PEST and Port five force analysis model.Then the strength, weakness, opportunity, threat and market position of A company were analyzed with the tools of SWOT and others. As a result, new three strategies were proposed.Finally, it is the strategy conduct phase. The purposes, key points, reasons of the new strategy conduct were detailed explained. It is listed with the resource, organization and human resource needed.
