Most of automobile maker and service provider moved their focus to vehicle parts, which is more lucrative business to company. Therefore, How to create effective supply chain is the question that every company facing. The key to this question as to improve inventory management.This paper is based on the background of DF Company, and use this company as a case study to analyze inventory management, By utilizing the most updated theory of inventory management to find a solution for DF Company on Inventory management system improvement.There are three aspects of research in this paper, ABC method VMI supply chain management and previous research in industry. And put together these researches and theories in the reality of DF company, and create a solution and adapt to DF company.
