Research On The Business Mode Innovation Of Software Enterprise Based On Value Network

As an important emerging industry, software is the core of the information society. With the development of science and technology, the information technology revolution of computers, integrated circuits, software, telecommunications and the Internet makes the delivery of software products and services profound changes, and new business mode emerge. Under the network economic environment, enterprise’s survival and development not only depends on the relationship between enterprises and customers, and enterprise’s competitiveness not only depends on its own competitive advantage. The ability of participating and organizing cooperation is more and more important. Therefore, in order to survive, software enterprise must make clear their position in the software market as a whole, determine its networks ability and core competence in the value network. And then on this basis, software enterprise carries on business mode innovation.Based on the identification of the value-added parts, this thesis tries to conduct the business mode innovation by re-integration of the related technology, capital, information and other elements. Then it establishes software business mode innovation model and makes its evaluation. Finally it makes the software enterprise have the ability of flexibly choosing the most suitable business mode according to different products market demand and enterprise’s internal situation and external environment changes, in order to achieve the objective of improving profitability and enhancing competitiveness.This thesis combines the value network theory and the enterprise business mode innovation. Under the principle of analysis and induction as well as combining systems analysis and comparative analysis, this thesis makes systematic and in-depth research on value network-based business mode through the comprehensive application of value network theory, system theory, collaborative study, game theory, core competence theory, organization theory and other fields of theory and methods.Firstly, the thesis discusses the background and significance of studying software enterprise business modes, and analyzes in detail status of domestic and foreign software industry and software enterprise business modes. It also summarizes the related research results and literature review home and abroad, and then describes the value network theory, system theory, collaborative study, game theory, core competence theory, organization theory, and other basic theory as well as software enterprises, business mode, TRIZ theory, NK models, and other related concepts.Secondly, based on the outline of software business mode, the thesis analyzes drivers and elements of composition, proposes six types software business mode such as common software enterprise business modes, and then analyzes value-added process of different business mode from the side of value chain. Subsequently, the thesis analyzes software enterprise value network’s structural model, the dynamic mechanism of the formation and the building process combining the theory of value network. Besides, this thesis also explores the relationships between node enterprises in value network, and reveals the value creation, value distribution and transfer mechanisms of the value network. Finally it obtains value net-based software enterprise business mode framework.Again, the thesis analyzes software enterprise business mode innovation needs in different growing stages. It achieves software enterprise business mode innovation by using NK model under the guide of TRIZ theory. What’s more, the thesis docks software enterprise value network and business mode, analyzes the business mode innovation path from the side of the node, chain and the overall network, and then proposes value network-based software enterprise business mode innovation model. On this basis, the thesis launches evaluation of the value network-based software enterprise innovative business mode, establishes comprehensive evaluation index system. It conducts the evaluation of effectiveness and fitness of value network-based software enterprise innovation business mode using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally, the thesis selects relevant software enterprise. From the side of enterprise value chain and value network environment it studies the innovation process of this software enterprise’s business mode. Then this thesis establishes the business mode innovation model for this software enterprise, and confirms the good results of the enterprise’s business mode innovation using the financial and accounting figures.This thesis has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance. It designs business mode innovation of software enterprise by using value-network theory. TRIZ theory and NK model. On the basis of building software enterprise business mode, it enhances network effects of value-network and the speed of software appreciation. It improves the adaptability of China’s software enterprise business mode. In addition, this thesis makes some innovative studies from research perspectives, innovative approaches, evaluation system, empirical research and others.
