| With the development of the Internet, the public opinion on network has become more and more important in the whole social opinion. The crisis of enterprise originated from public opinion on network refers that one-sided and extreme viewswhich are made from individuals or organizations cause negative public opinions of most people on network for the media,these opinionsare tendentious obviously, the enterprise is forced to respond because of the huge pressure. The crisis of enterprise originated from public opinion on network often brings a great deal of challenges. Therefore, the research on the production mechanism and coping strategies should prove invaluable in the study of the crisis of enterprise originated from public opinion on network.In this paper, firstly, by analyzing the examples of the crisis of enterprise originated from public opinion on network, we concludes the five factors,which are event, enterprise, internet users, Internet media andgovernment. Then I study the mechanism of action of various factors on the network public opinion by qualitative and quantitative analysis. After that, I sum up the path of the crisis of enterprise originated from public opinion on network. Finally I offer proposals to cope the crisis, hoping to provide meaningful help for the enterprises. |
