Study On Rural Information Service Mode In China

Rural informatization work has important strategic significance in China’s economic and social development. Henan、Anhui、Jiangsu are the three representative major agricultural provinces of China, this paper takes them as the research objects, on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign typical agricultural information service model and a large number of domestic and foreign literature research. Through these methods, such as questionnaire survey, in-depth implementation of rural village research, empirical analysis, it can have a more comprehensive grasp of the present situation of agricultural information service,such as farmers’ information behavior, rural information service model,and analysis of the existing problems in rural information service mode in these three province.According to vigorously promote agricultural informationization construction and actual situation, the corresponding content of innovation and mode are provided, so as to improve the service level of the rural information service model in these provinces, and provide new research ideas for rural public information service in our country, and make decision basis for innovation of rural information service model for the relevant government departments in the process of rural informatization in the new period. The results showed that in these three province, these four factors, such as rural information demand, access to rural farmers and the subjective willingness of farmers on agricultural information,the satisfaction in rural information service have a significant positive impact effect on the farmers’ information behavior; it still exits the weak awareness information obtaining and using the ability of farmers, the blocked dissemination of information resources, poor information quality and application, whats more, the leading role of the government is not sufficient, and farmers’ interaction with government is not strong, the service effect of basic service organization is poor, the modernization of rural information service mode of application is not enough; it should subdivide the service object, provide different kinds of service subjece,means and mode, increase farmers’ knowledge in cooperation with academic library, establish considering interaction mechanism, supply and demand mechanism and interest mechanism in rural information service model.
