Impact Of Interest Rate Marketization Of Wuling Mountain Area To Fin Ancing Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprise

With the advance of and in-depth process of marketization of interest rates, China’s SMEs, especially economically underdeveloped regions and SMEs will face a serious impact on the enormous challenges brought about by the interest rate market. Wuling Mountain Area is rich in resources, tourism, agriculture, processing and manufacturing,national cultural industries, modern service industry and other industries developed rapidly, some industry has become a regional pillar industries; and enterprise in these regions are basically for SMEs, but the financing problem has become an important factor restricting the development of SMEs. So in the interest rate market background,the economic study of the less developed areas of SMEs has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, Wuling Mountain Area as economically less developed areas of the study, the causes of financing difficulties SMEs are analyzed based on the status quo and the status of financing for SME development in Wuling Mountain Area. By drawing on the successful experience of the failure of foreign interest rates and the market,analyze the combined effects of the interest rate market, as well as the process of China’s interest rate. Influence of Interest Rate Liberalization on SME financing further analysis from both favorable and unfavorable. Study results showed that: Based on the long-term development perspective, the interest rate marketization development is conducive to improving the capacity of SMEss to raise funds, the rational allocation of resources, but from the point of short-term development, to reduce the constraints of SMEs financing didn’t help much.In market interest rates, in this paper, aiming at the existing problem of Wuling Mountain Area SMEs financing, put forward the ideas and speed up the Wuling Mountain Area SMEs financing measures. Financing for small and medium enterprises as the breakthrough point, and according to the wuling mountain area of SMEs, as well as the external environment of SWOT analysis, proposed the Wuling Mountain Area SMEs financing and selection. From two aspects of small businesses and the government put forward the measures to improve the Wuling Mountain Area SMEs financing.
