Reserach On The Correlation Between Working Capital Management Efficiency And Performance Of The Enterprise Management

Working capital is an important part of enterprise assets, as well as the most dynamic part of the overall enterprise funds. Working capital management also follows the enterprise overall financial management requirements, which ensure the smooth realization of the enterprise long-term planning forecast cash flow, create value for enterprises, realizing the maximization of enterprise value. China’s current working capital management efficiency research mainly around the evaluation indexes, and didn’t realize the management of working capital impact on enterprise performance. The working capital management efficiency is low is likely to lead to bankruptcy or failure of the enterprise. In fact, the guarantee enterprise working capital has sufficient liquidity and safety under the premise of efficient management of working capital, can effectively increase the utilization level of working capital and the turnover of ability and the overall profitability of the enterprise.At home and abroad based on the reference about the working capital management efficiency and its correlation with enterprise business performance, on the basis of research results, using theoretical analysis, evaluation system reconstruction and the combination of empirical research methods, mainly based on empirical research, theoretical research is used to support the empirical research, selecting the data of listed companies from 2012 to 2014 as the research sample for empirical analysis, testing the efficiency of management of working capital and its effects on business performance. First of all, this paper mainly introduces the research background and significance, working capital management efficiency of the status quo at home and abroad, working capital management efficiency and operating performance correlation status quo at home and abroad and the research content and the technical route, secondly elaborated the concept of working capital management, the concept of business performance and operating performance of the selection of evaluation methods, the working capital management efficiency and business performance correlation elaborates the basic theory, for the development of the research lay the good theories foundation, and then based on the current measure of working capital management efficiency method, build better working capital management efficiency evaluation index system, working capital management efficiency and operating performance after correlation problem of empirical research design, put forward the research hypothesis and carries on the empirical analysis on the sample data, analysis method mainly involves the correlation analysis, principal component analysis and regression analysis, and judgment of working capital management efficiency and the correlation of enterprise operating performance. Finally through the concrete analysis, the result of the empirical research to form basic research conclusion of this article, based on the proposed from working capital management efficiency so as to improve enterprise performance countermeasures and Suggestions.
