Research On Railway Freight Transport Period Early-warning Based On Risk Control

With the great development of economy, the delivery of the goods has become the key factor which affects the competitiveness of the enterprise transportation market. And because of the restriction of transportation capacity and transportation organization, the time of railway freight transportation is gradually unable to meet the requirements of economic development, and has become the bottleneck of improving the management level of railway transportation. Applying risk management theory to the management of transportation and management, the construction of the risk control system is a new method to improve and improve the management. Based on the forming process of railway freight transportation service quality, this paper studies the theory and method of railway freight transportation marketing decision-making, and based on this, the paper designs the technical support system of the railway transportation to the term risk management system, which has certain practical significance. This paper mainly does the following work:(1) The related concepts and theories of risk management are introduced, and the process of risk identification, assessment and control is analyzed. The framework of the risk management theory is established;(2) The main reason for the delay caused by the statistical analysis of the cause of the railway transport to the cause of the accident. On this basis, the use of flow chart method and system analysis method to identify the risk factors that may cause delay in the process of railway transportation, and further study the relationship among the factors, and establish the mechanism model of the delay;(3) According to the risk factors for the identification of the period, the early warning index system of the human-machine-management-environment is established, and the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk assessment model. According to the characteristics of railway transportation system complexity, the comprehensive warning analysis method of transportation system is put forward, and the changing trend of the overall quality of service is fully reflected;(4) Research on railway safety risk information disposal platform. This paper introduces the overall framework of the system, the system function module, the risk information flow and data integration scheme, which provides technical support for the implementation of the risk management system.
