For example, the purchase process optimization, the standardization of the supplier’s preferred choice, standard purchasing way, storage process optimization, storage way of standardization and improving warehouse personnel professional skills and process of inventory distribution optimization. thereby optimizing X automotive company production processes, saving the cost of inventory, and providing effective experience for reference for the entire automotive industry.
