| With the rapid development of economy, economic construction acquire remarkable achievements, social productive forces, comprehensive national strength and people’s living standards have been greatly improved. At the same time, ecological environment and resources have become the main factors which restrict the sustainable development. In recent years, people pay more and more attention to the coordinated development of economy and environment. With the propose of ecological civilization and green development, ecological awareness has a great degree of popularity. Because of the limitation of the traditional ecological regionalization and economic regionalization, it is difficult to take into consideration that ecological environment and economy developed assiduously. Eco—economic regionalization as a comprehensive regionalization which considered ecological benefits and economic benefits. Green development is a kind of healthy development concept and mode which take the factors of environment,economy and society into consideration. Due to the large spatial scale, the difference of regional space can not be revealed definitely, so study on the eco—economic regionalization within the county level. According to the characteristics of natural environment and economic structure in different regions, the whole county is divided into different eco—economic units. At the same time, this article points out the direction of green development in various units combining the concept of green development, helping them achieve the goal of sustainable development.Tongcheng county has complex natural environment and a variety of ecosystem which located in Mufu mountain.It is the cradle of Lu river and has the important ecological functions of water conservation and soil conservation. In the context of new round of urbanization,Tongcheng county faces new opportunities,will develop ecological economy and achieve the goal of green development. At this juncture of time that Tongcheng is creating the ecological county, implements the eco—economic regionalization and points out different green development strategies of each units has great significance to help Tongcheng country achieve sustainable development.On the basis of expounding the theory of eco—economic regionalization, this paper select 19 indicators of Tongcheng country from three aspects of the ecological environment, economic development and social development. Then use SPSS software to conduct principal component analysis as well as system cluster analysis and get a preliminary plan. After that, conducts principal component analysis from the three categories of environmental, economic and social, meanwhile superimposes basic information layer of Tongcheng country and combined with its urban planning recently.Finally adjusts the preliminary plan by means of considerating various factors. Tongcheng county is divided into five eco—economic types and name for clarifying the function of ecological protection and the development trend of ecological economy.These five types are the eco—economic zone of protecting the urban environment and developing green modern industry; the eco—economic zone of protecting basic farmland and developing economic crops as well as products processing; the eco—economic zone of protecting water source and developing aquaculture as well as economic fruit cultivation; the eco — economic zone of protecting farmland and water source and developing grain production as well as trade logistics; the eco—economic zone of protecting biodiversity and water source as well as developing ecotourism.At last, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the ecological environment and economic development,considering the concept of green development,makes various measures of green development in different eco— economic zone. |
