Land of in different regions owing natural economic and social conditions are different, people activities in different regions would have different consequence. So land has wide difference but Land-harnessing regionalization refers to the relative consistency of land types with Land-harnessing direction. We should sum up the commonness and make out the difference of Land-harnessing of different areas, scientific and comprehensive researches map out the objective rules of regional differences make certain of the natural social and economic conditions, characteristics, trend, potentials approaches of Land-harnessing.The dissertation discusses exhaustively the developmental course, theories principles, methods with regard to land-utilization and land-regionalization.
