The focus of enterprise management is the management of employees, and motivate occupies very important position in staff management. Through the appropriate external reward form, inspire, guide and regulate the behavior of employees, effective implementation of enterprise and individual goals.Retention and long-term incentive management, and reduce the turnover rate, the enhancement enterprise’s core competitiveness.In this paper, the object of investigation for R company Cenozoic knowledge workers, as the mainstay of the company, the new generation of knowledge workers has become the backbone of the enterprise development. This article through to the private enterprises (R) survey and in-depth analysis, based on the company’s incentive management status and the methods of questionnaire and interview, the company in the long-term incentive to do the insufficient place, to correct and improvement opinions and combined with the actual situation, so as to further enhance the company’s management, increase staff cohesion, and reduce the cost of employee turnover.Full-text consists of six parts:The first chapter is introduction,Mainly introduces the paper expatiates the necessity and the method of research, content, meaning and purpose.The second chapter, incentive theory. Mainly for the new generation of knowledge employees and the basic theory of long-term incentive management are summarized, and the new generation of knowledge employee’s long-term incentive management methods, existing problems and corresponding countermeasures are analyzed and summarized.The third chapter, R company management present situation and the internal problems. Study of the object (private enterprises R company) for simple description and analysis, and analyze the company has carried out incentives, then summed up the current company in the long-term incentive management to do good or bad.The fourth chapter, the analysis of the causes of Cenozoic knowledge staff long-term incentive management. Mainly the method and process of the long-term incentive management in detail in this paper. Is advantageous to the enterprise staff management right, also laid the groundwork for retain employees better.The fifth chapter, the analysis and countermeasures. Major new generation of characteristics of knowledge workers, the vision of R company, Suggestions are summarized, and the company in the long-term incentive management, analyzing the problems and Suggestions are proposed according to actual condition, as far as possible with the help of the enterprise.The sixth chapter, conclusion and prospect. R company Cenozoic knowledge staff long-term incentive management research, applied research to practice, not only improve the staffs loyalty and enthusiasm, and can be more efficient to reach the company target, realize company and employee benefit.
