Research On The Crisis Management Of Mass Labor Emergency

Since the reform and opening up, our society entered a transition phase. At this stage, the comprehensive national strength and people’s living standards have made a huge improvement. However, at the same time, all kinds of social contradictions and problems have emerged in succession with the overall social transformation. In recent years, collective labor emergencies occur frequently. Not only seriously affects the economic development and social order, but also a serious threat to workers’ life and property safety and social stability. Therefore, there is an urgent need for detailed study of science and the group labor emergency.The group of labor emergencies is the product of social development, it is unable to avoid, but it can be prevented and resolved by some means or measures.This paper uses the theory of crisis management, through literature research, case analysis, quantitative research and comparative research methods, to analyze the current situation, cause of formation and existing problems of mass labor emergency in our country at present. The 4R crisis management mode based on Heath Robert, from the reduction, preparation, reaction and recovery of the four main aspects put forward relevant countermeasures to prevent and eliminate collective labor emergencies, and provides a useful reference and advice for the crisis management of mass labor management in China.
