In the thirty years of China’s rapid economic development, ceramic enterprises by the tremendous opportunities for development, with domestic cheap labor and raw material costs low, continuously enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinese ceramics enterprises products also occupy a major market share. But the continuous development of the ceramic enterprises and brand, but continue to impact the domestic market, the Chinese ceramics enterprises constantly exposed more and more problems, had to rely on the advantages of cheap labor and low cost of raw materials has gradually lost, relying on the comprehensive competitiveness of low cost, wide coverage, and low sales has ceased to exist. In order to obtain a better chance for survival and development, many of our ceramic enterprises began to vicious price competition, the ceramic market competition showed disorder, the ceramic production company profit to drop substantially, the profitability of the industry as a whole decreased significantly. How to enhance the sustainable competitiveness, how to better develop their own, is the Chinese ceramic enterprises must face the problem.In this paper, through the analysis on the present situation of strategic management ZBHY ceramics company, put forward its existing problems, combined with the research results of Chinese scholars of peach industry strategic management and the problems needing attention in the process of China’s ceramics for daily use of small and medium-sized enterprises in the strategic management of formulation, implementation, evaluation and control of in-depth analysis and summary. Finally, it puts forward the development strategy of the small and medium enterprises and the status quo of China’s economic development, to provide the feasibility of China’s small and medium sized ceramic enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.The idea of this research is from the external environment of the ceramic industry to start, through the analysis of the development trend of the industry of macro and meso environment and current development situation of at present and the future, combined with ZBHY ceramic company’s profile and its development strategy status, for the company to develop a consistent with the long-term development strategy. In order to improve the company’s core competitiveness, and gradually go out in today’s predicament, to overcome the temporary difficulties, and ultimately to achieve long-term sustainable development of enterprises. This paper is divided into the following main parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly expounds the background and significance of this paper, the main content and research ideas. The second part is the summary of the theory, and introduces the will apply to the PEST analysis method, Porter’s five forces model analysis and SWOT analysis. In the third part, through the analysis of the external macro and medium environment of the whole ceramic industry, the part provides the analysis reference for the development of the whole ceramic industry and the development environment. The management of the company through the operating status of the fourth part, a detailed analysis of the ZBHY ceramics company, human resources management, product structure and product marketing status, in-depth analysis, a comprehensive analysis ZBHY company’s back resources and has the strength. The fifth part points out the overall thinking and positioning of the development strategy of ZBHY ceramics in the current situation, the choice of strategy and the measures that must be taken to realize the strategy proposed. Chapter six by creating a new culture, create new flat organizations and agencies through innovation, through compensation policy differences of implementation of employee incentives, improving security system of human resources, through strengthening enterprise finance, finance and operation ability of management, combined with the operation cost is reduced, and the operating cost, the seven aspects of the transformation, and puts forward to ensure ZBHY Ceramics Co., Ltd. development strategy for the implementation of the recommendations.
