IT invisible resource such as the ability that IT match with business, intellectual resource and enterprise outside resource play an important role in improve supply chain agility.In order to validate how IT capability improve supply chain agility, this article take ZBCZ company as an example, establish an supply chain agility evaluate index, use analytic hierarchy process method and fuzz evaluate method, compare ZBCZ company with pool IT capability with ZBCZ company with high capability, as a result find ITcapability can improve supply chain agility. In the meanwhile find the shortage of ZBCZ company and put forward solutions to solve the problems.In the end, the research of this article is useful for other company to arrange their IT capability and the research of this article also can help other company to fully understand the relationship between IT capability and supply chain agility.
