At present, with the rapid development of Internet technology, the process of economic integration is accelerating, the competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Enterprises in order to reduce costs, expand the market, quality and efficiency, have the aid of expansion and upgrading, accelerate the transformation of Internet technology and e-commerce this new marketing approach came into being, and get rapid development. Manufacturing industry is working with the integration of electronic commerce, enhance the service level, evolved into a new format. Integration of industrial chain and electronic commerce, realize the effective allocation of resources, and promote the industrial upstream and downstream market demand side of seamless. With the transformation of enterprises have "net", to develop a regional injected fresh blood, and at the same time provide the inexhaustible motive force of, enterprise electronic commerce services created a broad market prospect.Firstly, this paper in the analysis based on the theory of marketing and e-commerce industry-related research at home and abroad theory,use PEST, SWOT analysis and five forces model analysis on the macro environment and industry development environment SUZD which the company analyzed for SUZD marketing strategy for positioning; then, the article use STP analysis to determine SUZD marketing strategic objectives and marketing strategies, and in-depth discussion from the product, price, place, promotion and other aspects of proposed SUZD company’s future marketing strategy; and finally, based on the previous research paper, propose targeted marketing rational distribution network, optimization marketing system, improve service levels, optimize the marketing policy enforcement management system, as well as accelerate the pace of localization of enterprises, strengthen the marketing team building and training, rich employee compensation system, increase investment in brand promotion, business enterprise culture construction and other specific safeguard measures to ensure the smooth realization of the company’s marketing strategy.
