Enterprise innovation ability is a reflection of national comprehensive strength, only by constantly developing their products and technology to maintain competitive advantage in the fierce competition environment. As the important carrier of innovation ability is the innovative talents, innovative behavior is the source of enterprise innovation.Therefore, enterprise must enhance the innovative behavior to provide enterprise innovation ability. There are many factors that can affect innovative behavior, it can be divided into individual factors, organizational factors and personal interaction with the environment. P-O fit is one explanation for the people and the environment interaction, is to explore the method of organization situation and work attitude behavior. By contrast, we found that P-O fit could be complete explanation of the connotation of the influence factors of innovative behavior, the research of the innovation behavior, will also focus on the interaction result. Therefor the influence of P-O fit on innovative behavior is very notable.Firstly,this paper reviews the previous theoretical developments of P-O fit,innovative behavior and creative self-efficacy, and raises the research hypotheses and a theoretical model. And surveys 316 employees in Beijing, Tianjin, Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai by using questionnaire. SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 18.0 are utilized to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, and analyze the valid data by correlations and regression. Finally, the SEM is adopted to analyze the theoretical model to select title best fit model. The hypotheses have been mainly tested, and the main conclusions areas follows:(1) P-O fit and P-V fit,N-S fit, all have a significant positive prediction impaction on the creative self-efficacy and employees’innovation behavior, namely P-O fit degree is high, the more creative self-efficacy, employees will create more innovative behavior.(2) Creative self-efficacy has significant positive impact on employee’s innovative behavior, then the more creative self-efficacy,the more innovative behavior.(3) We find that creative self-efficacy is the mediator of person-organization fit and employee’s innovative behavior, and person-organization fit influences employee’s innovative behavior through the full mediation of creative self-efficacy.
