Study On The Villiage Collective Economy In Risk Society Perspective

China is a large agricultural country, and rural residents account for the overwhelming majority of the population, "Problems about Agriculture,Ruralareas and Peasantry" has been the focus of our work, village—region collective economy is the top priority of rural social and economic development. "Exploring effective forms of rural—region collective economy and strengthen the collective economic power" which proposed by the 17 th Session of the General Assembly and the 18 th Session of the General Assembly. Which can be seen, the development of the collective economy, strengthen the collective economy power is the important principles and policies of the Party on rural work.In this paper, in the perspective of risk society theory,In the rural collective economic development context,and in-depth analysis of Zhang Jiagang city YongLian Village collective economy as the specific case.Based on investigation and research in the development of YongLian village collective economy,Analysis of the history and current situation of the collective economic development, and reveal the risk dilemma faced in the development of this dynamic process, and explore the deep-seated reasons for the risk.To provide the feasible path for the risk of YongLian village collective economic development process.This regarding whether it is an urgent need to change management system, improve the governance ability of the village, or hope to further transform collective economic development model, improve the levels of collective economic of the village has important theoretical and practical significance.
