The Research On The Strategy Of Pingxing Integrated Free Trade Zone

With the deepening of the implementation of global logistics strategy, a number of company future development goal is internationalization, when the Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward "the Belt and Road" strategy in September 2013, China’s trade with the rest of the world is more and more close, the resource allocation in the future competition of globalization become more importance, logistics cost control become means of competition to win of enterprise in the increasingly incentive. Bonded logistics zone as an international logistics and domestic logistics of the relay zone occupies an irreplaceable socio-economic position of the transport stream, it has become an important indicator of a regional economic development comprehensive evaluation of the level. Not only promoted the development of bonded logistics of international capital, technology, information and other resources to optimize the configuration, but also promote Chinese enterprises to actively participate in the global allocation of resources, to enhance the region as a whole, even the comprehensive competitiveness of the country has a great strategic significance.Pingxiang integrated free trade zone as the window of China and ASEAN, although port trade in a continual growth in recent years, pingxiang integrated free trade zone vehicles was 75300 vehicle-timeses, import and export goods quantity was 1.52 million tons, port of import and export trade was $188.86 billion, of which the direct business, bonded business were $1.83 billion and $17,056 billion, in 2014. But there are a lot of problems of pingxiang integrated free trade zone logistics development, directly restricts the transformation and upgrading of pingxiang integrated free trade zone of bonded logistics and the allocation of resources between China and ASEAN.The paper through the analysis of the data graph analysis method of pingxiang integrated free trade zone bonded logistics development present situation, and summarizes the problems existing in the development; then use the PEST method to analyze political legal environment, economic environment, social environment and technology environment of pingxiang integrated free trade zone, summary the opportunities and threats of the bonded logistics in the future. On the basis of the reference the successful experience of the bonded logistics development at China and abroad, proposed " bonded+cross-border electricity supplier" strategy of pingxiang integrated free trade zone and made its development phase for safeguards. This article aims to provide some strategies of pingxiang comprehensive bonded area bonded logistics business development.
