The Research On Green Logistics System Analysis And Development Strategies Of Hunan Province

With the advance of ecological civilization construction and the growing popularity of green logistics concepts, developing green logistics vigorously has been an inevitable choice and requirement. The development of green logistics is a system project, and in this paper, the green logistics system was taken as the main object of study by developing these aspects such as the development status of green logistics in Hunan Province, features of dynamic behavior in the green logistics system and all kinds of factors and countermeasures. This paper was studied through comprehensive methods of literature analysis, questionnaire, system dynamics, grey relational analysis.The comprehensive analysis of research status in related fields at home and abroad was conducted in order to know the status of relevant research and its shortcomings. Based on the analysis, a more extensive investigation on the development status of green logistics was carried out as to collect the striking issue on the development of green logistics through adopting investigation method and designing questionnaire. Then, the green logistics system was divided into logistics environment subsystem, logistics supply and demand subsystem by applying system dynamics. The analysis on energy consumption and quantity of pollutant discharged of the green logistics system and its features of dynamic behavior were made by back and flow analysis. Finally, the index system was built by using grey relational analysis theory and the comparison and exploration of the various types of influence factors related to logistics energy consumption was made. The results of this paper showed that the development of green logistics coexisted with problems in Hunan province mainly in terms of hardware technology, laws and regulations, and construction of human resources;the green logistics level was affected by common factors of the regional economy, policy environment and the development of logistics industries; economic development will cause the growth in logistics quantity along with energy consumption and pollutant emission that also affected the green logistics level; the relevance ranking among logistics fixed asset investment,total volume of logistics, the logistics industry employment was made well in five kinds index, such as economic and social development, trade circulation, and so on, thus the development of green logistics in Hunan can be promoted by taking key measures of intensifying investment in logistics industries, focusing on multimodal transport and cultivating professionals. Research on green logistics system analysis and development countermeasures, is not only beneficial for companies to recognize the mechanism of green logistics system. Also it can provide a basis for them to make decisions on implementing green logistics. Meanwhile, it provides reference for the development of State and Government green logistics policy guidelines to promote the development of the logistics industry and social economy sustainably.
