Research On The Influence Factors Of Young Migrant Workers Returning Home To Start A Business In Hubei Province

The peasant workers has been deeply concerned since its appearance. It is an important phenomenon that the peasant workers’ migration across the country in the more than 30 years of rapid economic and social development. The peasant workers’ returning to hometown start a business happens with the "peasant workers trend". Since the 2008 financial crisis, The peasant workers’returning to hometown become a great phenomenon concerned by the whole society. Scholars in various disciplines make interpretation and analysis of this situation, taking it as a very important matter of China’s urbanization process in the current time. Our country has brought out supporting policies and measures to support and encourage the peasant workers’ returning to hometown start a business. Young peasant workers are active in their thinking, they have many way to accept new things and relatively wide field of view, it is easy for them to access to the Internet. So, they are provided with stronger sense of self-realization than the older generation of peasant workers. It makes sense that young peasant workers return home to start a business to the development in rural areas and the promotion of China’s current new urbanization, industrialization and modernization process. But it is not that simple. Young peasant workers will be faced with many problem and challenge, such as inadequate of supporting infrastructure, the lack of policy measures. Though deeply study of factors influencing the willingness to start a business, we can improve young peasant workers’ willingness to venture, which has great practical value.In this paper, we take young peasant workers as our research target, start the study from the perspective of infrastructure provision. Though the survey data obtained from more than two hundred respondents in Wuhan city, this paper analysis of the young peasant worker’ willingness to start a business that influenced by rural infrastructure, so as to find important factor affecting venture, and provide suitable theoretical guidance.The results show that the level of supply of infrastructure facilities generally have a positive influence on venture; the higher the stability of the water and electricity supply, the stronger will to start a business. But it is not sensitive to the supply level of hydroelectric facilities. The more coverage of express delivery and logistics company, the higher will start a business. Network services, including broadband coverage, broadband speed and price of broadband have different affect on the will to start a business. with the reduce of satisfaction on broadband speed experience, the will to venture reduce; at the same time, expensive broadband is also a factor that affect young peasant workers’ will to start a business. Affected by the characteristics of young peasant workers, the biggest factors that affect the will to venture are the flow of goods system and network services.Finally, this paper proposes policy and recommendations to promote young peasant workers return home to start a business, including continue to vigorously promote the construction of rural infrastructure, innovation of investment and financing way of the construction of rural infrastructure, emphasis on infrastructure maintenance and management.
