Study On The Management Mode Of Family Farm In Daye

Family farm is a new mode of agricultural production; It is characterized by the family as the unit to carry out the production and operation, at the same time, it is a kind of agricultural production mode that meets the requirements of the development of agricultural modernization in China. Today the whole country is developing the family farm in full swing, Daye should take advantage of the geographical advantage and policy, combine the characteristics of the region with the development of family farms, and the family farms should not only vigorously promote the development of family farms, but also see the problem of blindly following and the extensive management. Therefore, it is a problem that needs to be solved in the development of family farm in Daye City that how to base on the actual situation in the region and get the formation of a scientific and rational management model of the family farm.In combination with the current development situation of Daye City, this paper takes the family farm in Daye as the research object, discussion on the management mode and influencing factors of the development of family farm in Daye City. First, during combing the domestic and foreign research foundation of management mode of family farm, the connotation and definition of family farm is been discussed and the characteristics of family farms in China are summarized. Then, according to the economic structure, the financial situation and the population structure of Daye city, combined with the development of family farm, we have an investigation and interview with the local farmers and practitioners in Chen Gui Zhen, Jin Shandian Zhen, Ling Town, Bao An Zhen, Liu Ren Ba Zhen, Zu Zhen Yin, Ming Shan Xiang. The data were been collected and analyzed. We summed up the common problems and deficiencies in the current situation of the family farm management in Daye, and combined with the specific examples to demonstrate, to classify the different business models. The business model of Daye City family farm according to the difference of geographical environment is divided into wall type, adjacent urban type, plots neat type and ecological compensation type. In addition, according to the difference of the operating mode is divided into raw material output type, processing packaging type and leisure service type. Finally, through the discussion of various types of business models, we summarized the problems and deficiencies in the development of management model of family farms and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on the conclusions of the study.The development of family farms in Daye has many obvious inherent advantages, with a moderate scale and the characteristics of mining support agriculture. However, at present, the family farm in Daye is still in the initial stage of development, there is no unified standards and development model for the operation mode of the family farm. Therefore, it is very urgent to study the development of the management model of family farm in Daye City, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
