| The investment has been growing larger, with stepping into the new statement of economy and facing with the increasingly grim situation of environment. At present, most of the electric power environmental protection projects adopt the EPC contract mode. As the introduction of advanced management model from abroad,and after decades of development in China, EPC has become a very mature contracting model, especially widely used in the electric power environmental protection projects whose technology is more complex, and requiring the higher division of cooperation. As an intermediate link in the design and construction of the supply chain,the material has been playing an important role as a link between past and future. The optimization of material supply chain has a very important significance during the smooth development and benefit realization of EPC project.Through consulting, collecting the relevant supply chain mode of material procurement, JIT procurement model and other related procurement theory and environmental engineering EPC materials procurement model for analysis, and in combination with the author’s work practice in the material procurement of 2*330MW flue gas desulfurization project in Dongsheng power plant EPC,this thesis has researched on how to achieve the optimization of material supply chain through the procurement plan, budget control, capital management and so on, and put forward the effective measures to optimize the supply chain of electric power environmental protection project under EPC mode.The innovation point of this thesis is based on the EPC project of electric power environmental protection and combined with the author’s real case, researching on material procurement optimization and procurement cost control measures by case study. The purpose of this thesis is to make the project managers choose the purchasing strategy, optimize the supply chain mode, in order to continuously improve the profitability of the project. |
