Research On Fixed Assets Management Of Power Grid Enterprises Based On The Long-term Value Target

Power grid enterprises as an important basic industry, like the single product structure, it owns huge asset size. Unique industry characteristics determine it is needed to pay attention to enterprise long-term sustainable development. Electric power grid enterprises have the characteristics of asset intensive, the proportion of its fixed assets is very large, reaching 80% of the total assets, the profit margin and turnover rate is relatively low. The current power grid enterprise fixed asset management to pursue the profit (or EVA), which is easy to cause the enterprise in the process of fixed asset management in the process of short-term behavior, from the long-term view, is not conducive to enhance the value of the enterprise. Therefore, how to improve the input and output efficiency of the fixed assets of the power grid enterprises, how to improve the management of fixed assets, the implementation of scientific investment and continuously improve the enterprise value, has become the focus of the power grid enterprise fixed asset management.This paper reviews the theory of fixed assets management and enterprise value. The paper points out the problems of fixed assets management, term-goal guiding,which leads to the problem of fixed assets management, which leads to excessive investment, low efficiency, misleading accounting policies and short-term behavior. Then, this paper puts forward the power grid enterprise fixed assets management method based on long-term value target. The paper points out what the value should be, and designs a long-term value measurement model, and analysis the relationship between fixed assets management and enterprise value. The fixed assets management and enterprise value relations are classified into affects only the current EVA, only affect enterprise future EVA, affecting the current and future EVA three types. Put forward the management method, respectively. And approve evaluated the effect and evaluation methods. Through this research, it is advantageous to enhance the value of the fixed assets of the power grid enterprises, optimize the allocation of resources and management, overcome the short-term behavior of enterprises, and ultimately achieve the goal of maximizing the value.
