Scientific inventory management can fulfuill the elimination of needless capital waste, which also is the inevitable course of enterprise’s fine management should walked. Under condition of meeting the production requirements, optimizating power coal inventory and decreasing inventory capitalized cost can help the enterprise reduces the occupied capital and improves the economic benefits. The current fuel management’s intelligent technology and information application has promoted vigorously now, conventional coal inventory management methods and means has became the obstacle of enterprise’s potential ability improvement and comprehensive and effective control of operation risks. The great significance and function of enhance the enterprise’s competitiveness, as well as the new requirements and conceptions of power plant’s fuel management and coal inventory management, are both proposed by the "intelligent fuel control system".This dissertation has studied the optimized method of digital coal power enterprise’s coal inventory management. Firstly, this dissertation stated the theories of coal inventory management and control, analyzed the current status and existing problems of power generation enterprise’s traditional coal inventory management, and also developed the optimization objectives and requirements of power generation enterprise’s coal inventory management through the analysis of the power plant coal inventory. Secondly, based on the AHP method’s conception, this dissertation proposed and established a multi level index system which affected the functions of digital coal power plant’s coal inventory management. The multi index system includes three 2nd indexes and eleven 3rd indexes, built up lower layer element’s Break matrix which belonged to a certain element of upper level, and also calculated the important weight of the whole lower level’s index system. The weights can be used to measure the influences of different index which is used to optimize the power plant’s coal inventory management. According to the impact degree of these indicators, combining with the intelligent fuel and information technology development trend of inventory current optimization objectives amd industrial 4.0 conception, the "Internet+" era’s digital coal inventory management optimization demands has been tudied. This dissertation also proposed the inventory optimization strategy of the plan’s implementation, then constructed a digital coal platform. This dissertation also popesd the functional architecture, service framework, service process, data flow design and technical requirements of the platform. Meanwhile the dissertation designed the 12 functional modules which can concluded in "Automatic factory acceptance supervision system, digital coal field, digital standard laboratory", and elaborated every function model’s design demands of function, implement processes. Finally, this dissertation emphasized the supporting measures’ importances of digital coal platform’s implemention. such as management enhance and staff training.Gained from the construction of digital coal-fired platform and fuel intelligent control system, the achievement of this dissertation’s research has major significant of generation cost decrease and economic benefits promotion, such as used to improved power generation enterprise’s each link’s fine management; used to comprehensively improved the power plant coal inventory’s optimization management level of quantity, quality and price; used to provided decision basis of power generation company’s coal inventory cost reduction, inventory allocation rationality improvement,and coal mixed burning effectively guide. This dissertation’s achievement also have major theory and practical significance of promoting power generation enterprise’s intelligent management of coal and digital level of inventory management.Combined with the idea of INDUSTRY 4.0, this thesis utilizes intelligent technology and informatization method to change the focal point of inventory management optimization from the conventional control of quantity to the control of factors in whole process which include supply, consumption, store, quantity, quality and price etc. which influence the coal inventory of thermal power enterprises. This thesis establishes a whole-process, intelligent and informatization coal management system which has the function of intelligent control of integrated multiple equipmen. This system can ⅰ) realize the correlation between the coal yard information including quantity, quality and price and data of coal unloading and feeding; ⅱ) provide proposal for optimization of coal blending; and ⅲ) propose the optimal coal inventory strategy.This thesis makes an innovation in the quality of inventory optimization from the perspective of coal inventory management. And it has a good practicability in comprehensively enhancing the cost management of coal inventory and reducing the cost of power generation.
