There were many problems such as un-organization, small scale, low technical and laggard logistics in Chinese flower production and sales, which lead to small profit of production enterprise, bad shopping experience of consumer, and then the flower industry development was seriously restricted. All aspects of people’s lives were penetrated by electric commerce in recent years. The flower E-commerce has gradually became the mainstream of flower marketing because of its convenience, openness, low cost marketing and so on. Now the development speed of Chinese flower e-commerce is very fast, but Chinese flower e-commerce is still in the primary stage of flower e-commerce. The percentage of e-commerce sales is only about 7% at present, so Chinese flower e-commerce need to be developed vigorously.The combination of macroscopic analysis and micro analysis and the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis were used in this paper to analysis the basic theory of flower e-commence, the characteristics of flower industry, and the significance of flower e-commence to flower industry of China. Combined the foreign successful experience (such as the United States, the Netherlands and the Japan) of flower e-commence and actual situation in China, some countermeasures and suggestions to promote flower e-commence development of China were proposed:improve the upstream production and process system; accelerate the establishment of flower production standardization and the access system basing on flower quality; improve flower logistics and storage system, generalize the application of cold chain logistics; encourage the combination and integration between flower e-commence enterprises, vigorously develop flower 020; develop the cooperative organization do our best; establish and improve the flower professional e-commerce platform, cultivate people’s interest to flower and raise consumer market. Improve the talent train system of flower-electronic-business to promote its development healthily and fast.
