The rapid development of e-commerce in today’s China, many areas have begun to make e-commerce information level as an important measure of a regional development, and the development trend of the information age, as well as the propelling force for improving specialized market taste and integrating into the international market. The level of electronic commerce information development has become an important symbol to measure the level of regional modernization and economic strength. The traditional specialized market is facing the challenge of divergence and reorganization. The specialized market has come to a new stage of linkage development with e-business. E-business has more advantages than traditional specialized market. For example, lower transaction costs, higher transaction efficiency, a wider scope and more innovative trading function. Based on this, a lot of specialized markets carry out the e-business through a variety of ways to realize the diversification of trading mode, accelerate the transformation and raise their competitiveness. Under this background, the study of status and influencing factors of the linkage development between e-business and specialized market is very important to the transformation of the specialized market in our country.Based on the existing reference literature, we happily combine sleep theoretical and empirical. First of all, we do research on the formation and development of specialized market, the related theory on the specialized market, the formation and development of e-business, the related theory on e-business, as well as the development of China’s Shopping Center in Yiwu. It provides a clear understanding about influencing factors of the linkage development between e-business and specialized market, and provide theoretical basis for the empirical analysis part. Secondly, we make the managers of China’s Shopping Center in Yiwu as the object of investigation to conduct the field investigation, then analysis of survey data by AMOS7.0 and SPSS18.0. On this basis, we develop two dimensions, namely the fusion development intention and fusion development performance between e-business and specialized market. We choose the specialized market type, the trading product type, the differences of preferences of the trading group, the trading environment pressure and the government support as the influencing factors of the linkage development between e-business and specialized market and set 23 indicators from the factors, then we set up 10 theory hypothesis and the structural equation model. According to the research results, the specialized market type, the trading product type and the differences preferences of the trading group have a significant impact on the fusion development intention between e-business and specialized market, and the trading environment pressure and the government support have a significant impact on the fusion development performance between e-business and specialized market. This shows that the main motivation of linkage development is coming from internal factors, not external factors. Internal cause is the basis of changing, external cause is the condition of changing, external cause work by internal cause. Although trading environment has a certain role in promoting specialized market development, the idea transformation of the specialized market enterprise managers has a lagging process because of dependence on the traditional way to trade. Government supporting mainly concentrate in large areas in the deployment of a unified command, the unity of the policies and regulations, is difficult to produce an immediate effect of the linkage development performance. Finally, providing some countermeasures and proposals from the aspects of specialized market and the product type, trading group preference and the government, namely, analysis of specialized market scientifically, adjust measures to local conditions and innovating the mode of e-business; Improve the quality of the enterprises and managers, improve the mechanism of talent introduction and development and utilization, cultivate and introduce talents;Attach the great importance of the preferences of the trading group, reduce transaction group concerns, enhance trade group preference; improve the trading environment, advocate commercial civilization, play the control coordination role of the government, perfect management system, upgrade professional market in modern management methods and management ways; Increase the government support, set a perfect supervision system, ensure the effective implementation of preferential policies.
