Nowadays the steel industries get into the winter period. Their logistics system is still affecting the efficiency of enterprises. Especially in the case of steel products increasingly fierce market competition, overcapacity, logistics system not only failed to achieve value to create profits, and hindered the development of the iron and steel enterprises. Steel companies need meticulous supply chain management to reduce costs in steel materials circulation, and pursue maximum profits and reduce losses. Currently, in many steel companies their transport management level is not high, efficiency is relatively low, and the function is not perfect.
