Research Of The Risk Perception And Prevention In Supply Chain Based On The Stare Information Of Node Enterprise

Supply chain is a variety of unpredictable uncertainties, which comes from the operation process of supply chain, breaks the normal operation of the supply chain, makes the status of the members in supply chain affected. In recent years, the risk events emerge endlessly, such as: funnlled rotten meat, the Escherichia.coli overweight in the southern black sesame, the bankruptcy of oriental home and so on. The events that caused by risk transmission of supply chain are too numerous to enumerate. So the management of risk in supply chain is of great urgency, and the research of risk perception and prevention in supply chain is necessary and urgent.The transmission is a process that the source of risk with a certain carrier goes from one enterprise to another along a path, and the risk is reflected by the state of enterprise. Therefore, based on the risk conduction mechanism of supply chain, begin with the state information of enterprise, we dig the risk factor along the reverse conduct direction of risk in supply chain, and then, perceive and guard against the risk.In this thesis, in order to study the risk production and conduction mechanism, we make use of the theory of risk management and system theory, etc. In terms of the risk in supply chain, firstly, based on the state information of node enterprises, we raise a three-dimensional structure model, which describes the state information of node enterprises, and the three dimensions are capacity of enterprise, level of service and environment of industry, to dig the risk influence factors in supply chain based on the reverse of risk conduction, and then, build the indicator system of risk perception factors in supply chain and conclude the risk perception mechanism in supply chain. Secondly, in order to study the relationship between the risk in supply chain and the state of node enterprise and clarify the complex relationship among the risk perception factors, we take advantage of the interpretive structural model, and then, in order to find out the pivotal influent factor, we make use of the factor analysis by means of giving the weight for the factors. Finally, we take measures of risk prevention based on the incomes of risk perception. The specific research results are as follows:(1) Based on the previous research of risk perception and prevention, and thenfind the breakthrough point of this paper to percept and take measures to preventthe risk in supply chain through the state information of node enterprise.(2) According to the risk production and conduction mechanism in supply chain,we describe the state information of node enterprise based on the internal factors that reflect the ability of enterprise, external factors that reflect the image and reputation and the industry environment. Which are named three dimensions: capacity of enterprise, level of service and environment of industry, and then, we build the three-dimensional structure model based on the state information of enterprise. Besides, we dig the risk on each dimension, build the indicator system of risk perception factors, at last, conclude the risk perception mechanism in supply chain.(3) In order to clarify the complex relationship among the risk perception factors, we analyze the hierarchy of the factors qualitatively by means of the interpretive structural model. Which verifies the rationality of the index system and then find out the fundamental factors that bring risk for the supply chain, in order to analyze the index factors quantitatively, we utilize the factor analysis by means of giving the weight, and then, find out the key that bring the risk into supply chain, apart that, verify and correct the index system. In this paper, we take the food supply chain as an example.(4) According to perceive the risk in supply chain, we make the process, which is to prevent the risk; combined with the risk production and conduction mechanism, we summed up the risk prevention mechanism; integrated the results that come from the interpretation structure and factor analysis, we make the prevention measures for the risk in supply chain.
