The practices of internal audit standardized management architecture in enterprises are noticeable study fields all along. There are a series of problems when internal audit standardized management architecture practices in enterprises in the aspects of planning of strategy, project management and informatization. It is necessary to integrate theory and practice to conduct them.This article, using the methods of case study, analyzes the course of practice in the China Mobile Guangdong Division(CMGD)'s internal audit standardized management architecture. It analyzes the details of specific cases in the practice of internal audit standardized management architecture, and summarizes the experiences, and provides valuable guides of the practice in the management architecture. A useful effort is represented to enhance sustainable development of internal audit, to raise a higher grade of corporate governance in enterprises.
