With the maturity and improvement of the market economic system of our country, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, especially the fight for more customers. To seize the market resources, increase market share and enlarge the scale of enterprises have become the goal of he majority of enterprises. In view of such a market environment pressure, increasingly importance has been attached to the customers, all the enterprises are willing to keep a friendly relationship of win-win and cooperation with the customers, so as to secure the enterprises stable and long-term development..Taking the G securities company as the object of study, through the introduction of its organizational structure, system construction, customer service and some other aspects, this article demonstrates the characteristics of the G securities company’s current customer relationship management, by means of mathematical statistics and qualitative description method, to analyze and study current situation of customer relationship management and the existing problems,finally, using the latest theory of customer relationship, to carry on an in-depth discussion on these problems, some improvement strategies put forward are supposed to place the role of reference to some extent to practical management of the enterprises.
