Emerging of new forms, is bound with various problems and contradictions, such as lack of scientific planning, the location is not conducive to protection, campsite pollution is serious,some tourists environmental consciousness is poor. and so on. Correct understanding of these problems and deal with the problems in the development, promote the development of new forms of ecological tourism, to promote the consumption growth, meet to make due contributions to the new era of mass tourism.This study is based on tourism, management, ecology, economics, sociology, psychology and other disciplines basic theory, put forward two concepts. First, camping tourism and camping tourism refers to the same kind of outdoor tourism form, the outdoor tourism in camping tourism means leave the usual living environment, camping tourism destination and experience of intimate contact with nature forms a new type of holiday travel. Second, camping tourism suitability is refers to the camping tourism subject, camping tourism object and camping tourism media within and between appropriate degree.Paper using Delphi expert consultation method, analytic hierarchy process, factor analysis, focus measure analysis, the research methods such as literature research and depth interview method, According to Leiper model research foundation, from "camping tourism subject", "camping tourism object" and "camping tourism media" three dimensions to build the evaluation index of 25 camping tourism suitability evaluation index system, and using yaahp10.3 software to calculate the weights of each index.Haifeng wetland is short for Haifeng provincial nature reserve, is the national important wetlands. Due to the high grade tourism resources has drawn the drive visitors to camping, from the plight of "tourism" to scientific and reasonable planning, need appropriate theory to guide construction.
