With the rapid economic development, the product’s diversity of market demand is increasing, the Product update speed is also accelerating, so the proportion of multi variety and small batch mode in the manufacturing industry in the continues to increase. The enterprises of multi variety and small batch mode have some problem:the product specifications are various, the dispersion of process is complex, the production planning is difficulty and so on. The enterprises of Kunlun is typical of multi variety and small batch mode, by tracking the production process of the Kunlun company, to analysis he actual process by fishbone diagram, found that Kunlun faced with the following questions:(1) production planning bias on the artificial past experience; (2) time quota information cannot be unified storage management, leads to the over reliance on the artificial preparation of production plans; (3) priority of order sequence is too simple, the rate of order delivery completion is low; (4) The production of a wide range of products, so it’s difficult to identify the bottleneck process. Such problems reduces the capacity and the rate of delivery, which leads to the loss of customers and the rate of low delivery time enterprise.In this paper, through the study of the theory of TOC, the combination of production planning and control theory of TOC is more suitable for Kunlun’s production planning and production process execution. In this paper, the first, to explore planning of production situation of Kunlun company at this stage, to analysis the question of Kunlun by fishbone diagram; The second, to simulate the production process of the company’s products through flexsim based on the production data in the workshop of Kunlun; The third, to analyze its existence problem identification and identify production bottlenecks in the system based on the TOC. The forth, to establish resource bottleneck buffer model by DBR system (drum-buffer-rope), and put a constraint-based theory of production planning and control optimization scheme, cited three different orders priority indicators to sort orders. Finally, to compare to outcomes by the average lag time, the average processing time and total flow time, which prove that the improved scheme indeed shorten the total processing time in the production system could improve production efficiency.
