We have been passed the 1st decade of 21 st century, and with the development of technology of Internet and information system, like ERP software, the supply chain management has been improved a lot. The competitions among companies have been changed to efficiency of supply chain from only price and service previously. At this moment, lower competition indicator cost in supply chain management has been unable to meet company development’s requirement. The company has to obtain higher class customers’ satisfactions and core competence by improved his efficiency of supply chain. How to improve the supply chain efficiency is the key to success.The paper is started from the supply chain’s forming, development and operations. Firstly, the paper introduces the background of supply chain’s forming and development through the changes among companies’ relationship and development; and then analyzes the supply chain’s focuses and trends as of today. The paper starts to provide the key indicator of A Company supply chain from customer satisfaction and cost since the complexity of factors that affect supply chain efficiency, and also offers the required conditions of maximize the A Company supply chain efficiency. Following, to introduce the optimization of supply chain by using combination methods of qualitative and quantitative according to three key indicators of supply chain efficiency: supply chain information sharing, vendor selection and inventory management. It emphasizes the basic role of information sharing among companies to enhance the supply chain efficiency through the analysis the information sharing among companies. Points out the companies on the same supply chain must be cooperated to decrease the efficiency loss of supply chain by establishing the inventory control model of the company I served. It highlighted the importance of most suitable vendor selection to increase supply chain efficiency by establish the model of vendor selection to maximize the supply chain efficiency. At last, according to the research of supply chain of A Company, I establish the model of high customers’ satisfactions and maximize the profit of supply chain.In order to ensure the realization of the objective of supply chain efficiency improvement as well as the cooperate strategy, the paper presents the specific actions for supply chain improvement and also control and evaluation tool, that is, to improve and maintain the advantage of supply chain efficiency through organization management and process improvement. It is not only of guiding significance to the company’s future development and realization of supply chain strategies, but also of great reference value to the supply chain strategy for small and medium manufacturing enterprises.
