Quality control group activities as an enterprise inside mass base is the most extensive quality improvement methods, determining the quality improvement effect which depends on whether it could sustainable thoroughly carried out or not. Therefore, to define quantifiable factor which affect the QC group activities through the scientific method in order to objectively and truly reflect the QC group activities status is particularly necessary. Based on making sure that the recycle data is true and valid, do the mean value and standard deviation analysis to the data by using SPSS 19.0, then find out the problems restricting the QC group activities in Shandong province. Dissecting the causes for the problems and propose the solutions for the problems.
