Enterprise competition by the previous competition elements such as product, technology, capital, and gradually to supply chain, resource integration, eventually evolved into competition in the business model and business ecosystem. Have more cohesive stakeholders, business model more effectively, more lasting ecological system will form a new competitive advantage.GS group is an enterprise with more than 40 years old, for many years engaged in the production and operation of the central air conditioning engineering and its peripheral products, has a good brand image, more creatively constructed highly decentralized GS business model. In recent years, however, due to large amounts of competitors, GS model is widely copied, GS company’s competitive advantage is not obvious, met with certain management crisis. In this case, the business model innovation, it is particularly important to build ecological system more effectively.Study theory with practice, this paper USES literature research, on-the-spot investigation, interview, comparative analysis and other research methods, trying to find out the problems existing in the GS company business ecosystem, and optimization. First of all, the author through the investigation of GS company business ecosystem structure present situation, the problems have been found.
