Export sophistication concept put forward by Hausmann since 2003, it received extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad. As a comprehensive measure production efficiency and technical index of the export products, the export sophistication for the study of a country’s industrial competitiveness provides a new perspective. As research gradually thorough, export sophistication research focus gradually build by similarity measure to influence factors analysis. Scholars at home and abroad over a lot of empirical research on factors affecting the problem, but has not unified conclusion. About affecting factors of the cause of the government in formulating the policy of promoting industrial upgrading difficulties. In this paper, on the basis of existing research, through the analysis of the influence of different level export sophistication factors, trying to identify the high sophistication of multinational production distribution decisive factor, and then gives Suggestions for the government to take appropriate measures.This paper firstly combed the research to export sophistication of the related literature, found the factors that affect export sophistication can be summarized as to FDI, international trade, human capital, institutional quality and infrastructure, etc. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing literature on the mechanism analysis, in this paper, the various factors affect the sophistication of mechanism of the export of detail, which laid a theoretical basis for empirical research. Due to the high technology industry in the developed countries and the international division of labor, the collective using EXPY model to calculate the sophistication in the OECD countries export, and making use of the econometric model test of FDI, international trade, service trade liberalization, human capital, institutional quality and other factors on the OECD countries as a whole the influence of the sophistication and high technology products export sophistication, found that a country’s overall exports sophistication mainly by the effect of international vertical specialization; High technology products in horizontal division of labor between situation in developed countries; Affect a country’s overall exports sophistication and high technology products are exported to the sophistication of factors is different, FDI, international trade, service trade liberalization and infrastructure is the main factor affecting the whole national export sophistication, while institutional quality and human capital decided to multinational distribution of high technology products. According to the empirical conclusions, this paper puts forward some Suggestions to promote China’s export sophistication ascending.
