On the basis of Hofstede’s culture dimension theory, This article select employees from China and Thailand enterprises as the research object, using the questionnaire method to study the cultural values differences between them and the reasons of the differences. In addition, it also investigate the influence of culture values on conflict management styles. After a study design, it draw some conclusions as follows:(1) there were significant differences in Power distance,Uncertainty avoidance,Collectivism,Masculinity and Long-term orientation between the China and Thailand employees;(2) In terms of the relationship between cultural values and conflict management styles, we can see that:Uncertainty avoidance, Collectivism have a significant positive influence on Collaborative and Tolerance styles and have a significant negative influence on Confrontational style; Power distance and Masculinity only have significant positive influence on Confrontational style; Long-term orientation have significant positive influence on Collaborative and Tolerance styles;(3) They only have significant differences on the Confrontational conflict management style, but the preferences on conflict management styles are consistent:firs is Collaborative style, and then Tolerance style, finally is Confrontational style.
