Research On The Operation Mode And Development Strategy Of China’s Internet Finance

With the rapid development and popularity of the Internet,the social life g radually entered the era of internet. People’s lifestyles and consumption patter ns are increasingly networked, forming a huge demand for the Internet financi al services, provides development opportunities for the Internet financial busin ess enterprise. Financial data, the third party payment, P2 P net loan, crowd-fu nding and other Internet financial innovation model constantly appear, has pla yed an important role in promoting social and economic development. As earl y as the mid 1990 s, the embryonic form of Internet financial appeared in th e United states. In these years, the Internet financial has a quickly developm ent, whether it is in type, size and the impact and attack to the traditional fin ancial, has caused attention of government agencies at all levels, enterprise s and the public. Since the beginning of 2012, the Internet financial has a hu ge development and prosperity in china, Alibaba and other Internet giants bec ome a leader in Internet financial upsurge. At present, Internet financial is stil l in a rapid speed of development, traditional finance is showing the Inclusiv e appearance through the power of the Internet,it will not only give birth t o a huge business opportunities, and also promote the reform of China’s finan cial structure, the financial industry in the future will become a full of opportuni ty and competitive industry. Therefore, to explore the operation mode and dev eloping strategy of Internet financial, to prospect for the future development tr end of Internet financial, to provide proposal to the Internet companies and fi nancial institutions still in wait-and-see, and then put forward China’s policych oices in this historic opportunity, will undoubtedly have a profound value of t heoretical insights and practical guidance.This paper first uses the descriptive research method, analyzes the development course, the essential characteristic and the structure level of the internet finance in China. Then use the SWOT analysis method, deeply analysis the current operation mode of the six major Internet financial platform, describe the characteristics and connotation of each platform. I n view of this phenomenon that Research on the Internet financial model mostly focuses on Alipay and Yu Ebao, which is not comprehensive and objective analysis, this paper adopts the Case analysis method, select Ants Financial that soon established but begin to take shape as an exa mple. The financial products of the Ants Financial have built a financial ecosystem, which has strong explanatory power. Through theoretical mod eling and data analysis, this paper deeply research the development stra tegy and operation mode of Ants Financial, and provides reference for ot her Internet Co and financial institutions. According to the results of the study, this paper focuses on the development trend of Internet financial,focusing on the impact of Internet financial on the traditional financial ind ustry and the transformation of the mobile Internet financial. Finally, com bined with China’s national conditions,the paper puts forward policy reco mmendations for the healthy and sustainable development of Internet fina ncial and scientific and effective supervision.
