| With the rapidly development of todays’ economical society, the small and micro enterprises(SMEs) are playing a more and more important roles in the countries’ economic development and its social progress. With the progress of science and technology, especially the rapid progress of Internet technology, E-commerce today has become an important part of any business and cannot be ignored any more. On the one hand, the E-commerce developed a totally new pattern of doing business which would support the champion of these small enterprises with their competitors, especially these big companies. It’s surely an inevitable trend that the SMEs will have to start their online business with a third-party e-commerce platform. Besides, many new technologies are increasingly used in the field of e-commerce, and showing a good momentum of rapid development. Kinds of needs are becoming more and more urgently with the processing of Enterprise Information, like, the problem of information silos, the popularity of SOA and the concepts of SaaS. It’s an inevitable question for all enterprises that how to choose a suitable framework to build the enterprise Information SystemsThis research analyzed the current development situation of SMEs and their ecommerce and the demands of the integration of their enterprise information system, and provides a methodology help for the implementation of the basis of a special MIS based on OFBiz. Combined with the analysis of Java EE standard framework, we explored the possibility of integrating the basic framework implemented based on OFBiz framework, and analyzed the implementation of SOA and SaaS service. On the basis of the above research,we studied the basis of operational support services towards the SMEs within a certain modern business and technology platform critical processes。We also designed and implemented a comprehensive e-commerce platform for small and micro business operational support services from a practical point of view. |
