The Online Competitive Strategy Analysis Of Material Procurement Problems Under Price Uncertainty

Fluctuations in the market prices of raw materials bring risks to the enterprise’s procurement process, therefore enterprises often need to consider the appropriate procurement strategies to reduce risk and reduce the loss. The decision strategy that can ascertain when we should procure and how much material we should buy with how much price we should pay under the condition of meeting demand. For raw material purchasing problem research has been mostly needs to meet future prices follow a specific random distribution or a random process of the assumptions. However, in reality, because of the uncertain factors of diversity, it is difficult to exactly describe the distribution of future prices. Gradually online problem and competitive strategy, emerged in the theoretical circles in recent years, can solve the hard problem that do not assume in advance in any price distribution, make up for the shortcomings of existing research. Based on the practical background, we use research methods of online problem and its competitive strategies, considering the raw material purchasing problem of uncertain future prices.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:1. In this article, from the perspective of online theory, based on the characteristics of raw materials procurement, we design the competitive strategy under the price uncertainty background of raw material procurement. We obtain the corresponding competitive ratio and prove that the competition ratio are better than the existed results.2, In the actual application process, there is often a continuous fixed consumption situation. From the perspective of continuous to consume, we set up the online decision mathematical model under the condition of continuous to consume about raw material purchasing problem. In addition, through in-depth study of the structural characteristics of the problem, we design the competitive strategy of the problem. It is proved that the strategy has a better competitive performance. Finally, the data simulation verify the actual performance of the design strategy.3, When the procurement process occurs, it will produce inventory holding costs. Therefore, we analysis of the raw materials procurement problems in this article. We also consider the inventory holding cost factors of raw materials procurement problems and set up the mathematical model of raw material procurement online decision problem under inventory holding cost and design the competitive strategy about the problem. It is proved that the procurement strategy of competition performance ratio, and studied the effect of the actual operation of the strategy by the data simulation.The research and conclusions of this article not only enrich the research of raw materials procurement issues, but also provide a good theoretical guidance for the raw materials procurement decision-making under the background of uncertainty.
