Different supermarkets always have such differences, some large, some small; some kinds of goods, some kinds of commodities; some prices are higher, some lower prices. All of these are the embodiment of the different formats of the supermarket. Only accurately grasp the real meaning of supermarket chain, the marketing management of the supermarket will have the correct market goals.In joint ventures, all associates have a common goal and interest, and are responsible for the profits and losses of the enterprises. Information must flow freely between affiliated parties. Usually, each associates who are active member of the joint venture, joint venture parties are working partners, they risk sharing, revenue sharing, through cooperation between the open in the past, each is closed the city field, but also to expand the existing market share.This paper introduces the generation and development of stakeholder theory, and on this basis, the stakeholders of the joint investment project screening classification, divided into: core, general and edge stakeholders. According to the characteristics of the cooperation program, it is concluded that the classification of the stakeholders of the joint investment projects in various stages. Finally, the coordination degree of the stakeholders of the joint investment project is used to measure the degree of harmony between stakeholders, and the measurement method of the degree of coordination is introduced.Have a clear understanding in projects with a combined investment of interests of stakeholders, especially the relationship between the various stakeholders with coordination degree were quantified and stakeholder index into the comprehensive evaluation index system of existing joint investment projects.Finally, based on the actual cases for the starting point, based on supermarket development and growth characteristics of the stakeholders in the HAIGONG, the different joint investment project evaluation selection, and with the actual choice results compared to verify the correctness and practicability of the method.
